By accessing and using the Edit With Hamza website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Edit With Hamza provides an online video editing masterclass including recorded lessons, live Q&A sessions, mentorship, private community access, and downloadable resources designed to help students learn editing concepts and industry workflows.

User Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Program Access and Content

Access Rights

  • Program access is granted upon successful payment and enrollment
  • Access duration varies by plan purchased (Pay Once = lifetime, Installments = per active cycle)
  • We reserve the right to modify program content and structure
  • Program materials are for personal use only

Content Restrictions

  • You may not share, distribute, or resell program materials
  • Recording or copying of live sessions is prohibited
  • Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Reverse engineering of program materials is not allowed

Payment Terms

  • All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
  • Installment plans are billed automatically unless cancelled
  • All payments are in PKR unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Video Editing Masterclass, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must have completed less than 30% of the program content
  • Refunds are not available for completed programs or after week 1
  • Processing time for refunds is 5–10 business days
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle

User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

  • Harassment or abuse of other users or instructors
  • Posting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempting to hack or compromise platform security
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Spamming or commercial solicitation

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to Edit With Hamza or our content creators. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placement
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • Program content may become outdated due to technology changes

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to program materials will be revoked.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
